Return & Cancellation policy
While we try our best to represent our products as realistically as we can, we unfortunately cannot offer the regular brick and mortar store pre-purchase experience of touching, viewing under different lighting situations various products!
But remember, these are hand made products created with great care and patience by our artist. So we appreciate you spend more time to read the description of the product and go through the image before making the final purchase.
Can I return my Product?
Return of the products is applicable only in India & is not applicable for international shipments
Return is possible only in the below conditions:
• In case you have received the wrong product, the product does not match your order.
• In case you have received any damaged product. Please send us an email to email@example.com along with the photo of the damaged item within 24 hrs from the time of product delivery.
How can I return my Product?
• If your return product is qualified for return as mentioned above, the product should be sent back to the seller address available in invoice after receiving confirmation from us to ship the product.
• send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order AND reason for return.
• Make sure the product is properly packed.
• If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain.
How can I cancel my order?
• You can cancel the order only if it is not shipped. If the order has been shipped then sorry! You cannot cancel that order.
Can I get a refund instead of replacement?
No. You can get a gift voucher instead of refund and you can use the voucher to purchase any other products from hasthakalaa.com within 3 months.
Address Errors what do we do?
Livecrafts.in will not be responsible for the fee charged by the courier company incase of the following address errors:
1. The package is returned as undelivered because an incorrect or invalid address is entered by the customer.
2. A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.
3. An APO, FPO or a P.O. Box address has been provided as the shipping address and the shipping company is unable to deliver to it.
4. Incorrect or no contact telephone number is entered by the customer.
Do we cancel an order?
Hasthakalaa reserves the right to cancel an order before it has been shipped if one or more of the following conditions apply:
1. The billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the credit card’s issuing bank.
2. The credit card is declined for any reason, by our credit card verification service. Please note that the issuance of an order number or the receipt of a confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. No order is final till your credit card transaction is verified.
